چکیده
Background: Post-SSRI sexual dysfunction (PSSD) is a set of heterogeneous disorders, that may arise during the administration antidepressant Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (SSRIs) and serotonin norepinephrine reuptake inhibitor (SNRIs) persist after their discontinuation. PSSD commonly associated with problems marked distress poor quality life. To date, however, no effective treatment available. The study describes clinical experience newly introduced systems sexology approach involving bio-psycho-social interventions. Methods: In this we retrospectively analyzed (from July 2019 to 2020) twelve male patients (mean age 31.3 ± 6.21 years old) treated according recently system protocol was based on combination lifestyle changes, nutritional supplementation, pharmacological behavioral Results: 12 high probability were selected. Patients reported significant improvement in all International Index Erectile Function-15 (IIEF) domains Orgasmometer scores from baseline at 6 months follow-up. Conclusions: This described for first time feasible handy procedure PSSD, framework improve complains, function satisfaction, Future randomized, placebo-controlled studies bigger cohorts will be needed order better assess efficacy confirm our results.
